| Most Improved Performance
(Large Buildings - Over 100,000 sq. ft.)

| Most Valuable Tenant | Prize awarded to the tenant who has shown leadership and enthusiasm for reducing energy. Nominated by participated buildings. |
| Climate Leader Award | Recognition awarded to buildings making significant strides in tracking and managing their carbon footprint, as measure by the City of Seattle’s Carbon Footprint calculator. |
